the location was superb. it was close to the main shopping street and many central spots (i was very happy!). the reception staff was very friendly. they helped with everything from directions to suggestions.

I found the staff super helpful (they really were great). The location is unbeatable. I loved the seriously comfy bed and the great breakfast available each morning. I found it easy to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and the river.

The public parking was a bit distant. I had to walk 15 minutes and pay 20 euros.

the hotel is centrally located near rue sainte catherine and place de parliament.. i found many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. the staff provided a list of helpful recommendations for local attractions. my room was modern and well presented, with a shower that worked very well. the central location made exploring easy.

i noticed a slight smell of sewer pipes in the room , but it wasn't too distracting.

The staff were helpful (especially at reception). The location was perfect for exploring the city.

My room was located opposite the kitchen, so it was not very quiet. The noise from breakfast preparations in the morning disturbed me. I wish soundproofing were better.

the location was really central (right in the middle of everything).

I had an issue with the air conditioning. It was very noisy. i needed to open the window, but the street was noisy at night with loud crowds. sleeping with the window open was not an option until 3 am.
